CMF STARBASE FASHION

The dam of CMF STARBASE FASHION is Fashion Star. A beautiful red spotted cow with horns of 80 inch = 203 cm. Her sire is Starbase Commander. A legend in the Texas Longhorn world. Both parents were bred by Darlene Aldridge of Star Creek Ranch Texas.

CMF Starbase Fashion itself was purchased as an embryo by Viggo Mortensen from Circle M Farm in Denmark. She was born there in 2015. She is almost completely red with some white at the bottom of her belly. If you look at pictures of her in the summer and in the winter you can see that the hair color is not the same. In the summer she gets a beautiful golden glow all over her body.

Not only her dam had  large horns, her sire  Starbase Commander can also do some of it. Born in 2006 and 72.2 inches T2T = 183 cm. He is in possession of a very desirable hair color. Namely Parker Brown. He has been a major influence on the world-famous Star Creek Ranch herd.

The genes have fallen well with CMF Starbase Fashion. On her first birthday, she already had 32.5 inch = 82.5 cm horns. With these figures she belongs to the absolute top in Europe. At age 5 her horn measurements were: Total horn Horn Dimensioner: 95.5 ″ Total Horn (243cm) - 76.5 ″ Tip to Tip (194cm) - 15.0 ″ Hver Base (38cm) - Composite: 202 ″ (513cm) . With these results, she belongs to the absolute top in Europe. Only Dirk's Leweze 79.6 inch = 202 cm and Diepenhoek Miss Temptation 80.31 inch = 204 cm have larger horns. Miss Temptation's official horn measurement was taken at the Satelite Horn Showcase in 2017. She is the only cow in Europe, until at least January 2021, to reach the 80 inch barrier.

CMF Starbase Fashion and Dirk’s Leweze are still present at their companies. They may also reach the 80 inch mark.

CMF Starbase is the dam of CMF Me OH MY. She is also the grandmother of CMF Confetti. Both females are on our farm. We bought both animals because we have a lot of faith in these bloodlines. We are very proud to have animals from this excellent bloodline on our farm.
