Sequential Stars

Sequential Stars belongs to the absolute top of Texas Longhorn breeding worldwide! She really has everything you are looking for in a breeding cow. She herself is a strong cow with horns over 87 inches, over 220 cm. Her pedigree is impressive. A deep cow family with proven proven bulls. She has proven herself in the show circuit. In 2008 and 2009 she won all her class at the Winchester Futurity. She achieved her biggest show victory in 2016. She won both the Total Horn and the Composite measurement during the TLBAA Horn Showcase. The first is the total measurement from one tip of the horn running along the skull to the other tip of the horn. This measurement is always greater than the T2T measurement. That measurement goes in a straight line from one point of the horn to the other point of the horn.  Composite measurement consists of adding TTT, TH, and both bases (as close to the head as possible under the hair line.) This total number of all four

measurements will give you the composite measurement.She also obtained the title: First in Produce of Dam. This competition is about who produces the best offspring. This is an honorary title that every breeder is extremely proud of. The TLBAA Horn Showcase is America's largest show. It's the Texas Longhorn World Championship! That she excelled in the show ring is a great achievement. The fact that she passes on her breeding power to the next generation is possibly of even greater exceptional quality. Sequential Stars was the first cow in history to breed a female offspring to break the barrier of 100 inches T2T. Her name is Kinetic Motion of Stars. The appreciation for Starcreek Ranch is even greater when you read that her sire Starbase Commander was also bred by Darlene Aldridge herself. Darlene wrote: I bred and produced the first Texas Longhorn cow, Kinetic Motion of Stars, to ever officially measure 100” TTT which she measured at the 2018 TLBAA Horn Showcase in Lawton, OK. Kinetic is a daughter of Starbase Commander. Today in 2019 there are four cows that measure over 100” tip to tip and more on the way including at least one more grazing in my pasture.

Kinetic Motion of Stars won the “Breeder’s Choice” Award in 2016, 2017, and 2018 at the TLBAA Horn Showcase. This is an award that is voted on at the event by all the breeders present at the event. I am extremely honored and proud to have this award presented to Kinetic so many years in a row.

Embryos from Sequential Stars were sold to Dirk Vogelaere in Belgium. That's where Dirks Viper was born. Viggo Mortensen from CMF ranch in Denmark also invested in the same embryos. CMF Sequential X Star was born at his company. Both bulls had the largest T2T of all bulls born in Europe when they were 1 year old. And they are also tricolor. A highly sought after hair color for Texas Longhorn breeders. We have bought a direct daughter of Sequential Stars: LG Fancy. Diks Viper is the sire of our proven bull Dirks Alejandro. Through his daughters Diepenhoek Unsuspected and Diepenhoek Unjandro, he will exert a lot of influence on our company. There are a number of his bull calves for sale. We expect several more offspring from him. In the female line with Lg Fancy, Sequential X Star gets the chance to prove itself. She resembles her father in hair color and the horns also develop very well. Keep an eye on these animals!

Viggo Mortensen also bought embryos at Star Creek Ranch from X Star (also the sire of Sequential X Stars) x Sophisticated Stars in Style. CMF T-Bone was born from this. We also bought two females from him CMF ME OH My and CMF Confetti.

Sequential Stars is a fabulous cow straight from my breeding program. Sequential has proven to be a powerhouse for me in improving my herd. I have flushed Sequential to several different bulls and she never fails to produce top notch offspring.

One of her embryo offspring now resides in Belgium! She is the dam of the first cow to officially measure 100″ TTT. Kinetic Motion of Stars  measured 100″ TTT at the 2018 TLBAA Horn Showcase! She is also the dam of the following full sisters to Kinetic: Arrive by Star Flight, Quarter Moon and Stars born in 2014 and now belonging to Kurt Twining, Following Stars and Consequential Stars born in November 2016. Sequential’s natural daughter (Transcendent Star), born March 25, 2017 is sired by WF Friday’s Check.  We also had four embryo offspring born to Sequential between March 14 and March 25; bulls sired by Starbase Commander and Star Regard and heifers sired by Starbase Commander and X Star. I now have three bulls sired by JH Rough Country, one ET heifer sired by him and Sequential Stars has a natural heifer sired by him also. Sequential delivered a bull calf on 02/17/2020 sired by Sam Chex. I recently flushed Sequential to Magnum Star Force and implanted five embryos. Sequential is the dam of Kinetic Motion of Stars, currently the first cow to officially measure 100″ TTT which she did at the 2018 Horn Showcase.
